Your Questions About Gluten Free Pie Crust | Health And Fitness

Dave answers:

1 cup white rice flour
1/2 sorghum flour
1/2 cup potato starch
3 tablespoons sweet rice flour
3 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon strong cinnamon (I use Saigon cinnamon from World Spice Merchants)
8 tablespoons (or, one stick) cold butter
1 large egg
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/4 ice-cold water, or enough to make the dough stick together

Mix together all the dry ingredients, including the sugar and cinnamon. Cut the butter into little pieces, about 1/2-inch thick and drop the pieces into the dry ingredients. Using a pastry cutter or fork, meld the butter into the dry ingredients until the butter has crumbled into pea-sized pieces.

Make a well in the dry ingredients. Drop the egg and apple cider vinegar in, then stir them in, gently, with a fork, stirring from the center out. Once they are incorporated into the dry ingredients, slowly drizzle the ice-cold water into the mixture, a little at a time, then stirring to see if it has become dough yet. You do not want this dough to be too wet. Add water only it all coheres together.

At this point, drop the ball of dough onto a large piece of parchment paper. (Prepare this ahead, unless you want to wipe dough off the box of parchment paper later!) Place another piece of parchment paper, the same size, on top of the dough. Gently, smash the dough outward, equally in all directions, until it is a thick, round cake of dough, about the size of a pie plate.

Refrigerate the ball of dough, for as long as you can stand. Ideally, you would prepare the dough in the evening and refrigerate overnight. Take the dough out of the refrigerator at least twenty minutes before you want to work with it.

Leave the dough in the parchment-paper sandwich and roll it out. By rolling it, gently, between the pieces of parchment paper, you will not need to add more flour to the mix. Roll it out as thin as you can, then strip the top piece of parchment paper off the dough. Gently, lay your favorite pie plate on top of the dough, then flip the whole thing over. The dough should sag into the pie plate. You can crimp the edges at this point. If some of the dough falls off the sides, don?t worry. Simply re-attach the pieces to the crust-to-be by pressing in with your fingers.

What You Should Know Before Performing a Home Manicure ...

Having gorgeous nails is very important for hygienic and aesthetic reasons. There are several commercial products offered in different types of stores, from pharmacies to malls, the beauty salon to the beauty shops, and in various price ranges. There are also home remedies and secret recipes that will give nails the nutrients they need to develop fantastically and healthy.

Caring for your nails at your home with commercial products could be an inexpensive routine, although the initial expenses to equip oneself might reach over $100. Not to mention the potential carpet cleaning (learn more by clicking here)?you may stand to face if ever nail polish were to spill.?You?ll need cuticle cutters, clippers, a buffer, files and a lot more. In addition to those, you?ll also require beauty supplies for your for the base coat, top coat and different color polishes. Some extras that can help decorate the nails is actually a particular product produced to moisturize the cuticles.

For stained nails, which could come as a outcome of smoking cigarettes, as well as from the pigments of the polishes, soak nails in pure lemon juice. To hydrate dry nails, use olive oil or soak them in hair conditioner. Try to follow a healthy diet plan because it will impact the condition of one?s nails.

One of the best things you can do is visit a nail salon an have a professional manicure. Observe every little thing they are doing to give you those results. The professionals would advise their clients as follows:
?
* Buff nails to achieve a beautiful sheen and to stimulate blood circulation for the tips, thus stimulating development
* File nails before soaking hands to prevent breakage
* Take care to file them only in a single direction, never going side-to-side because it weakens them
* Soak then massage hands and fingers using lotion or oil
* For a natural shine, invest in an electric buffing device? which, with different attachments, can make natural nails look fabulous in an instant.
* Smooth ridges and imperfections on nails with files produced just for this objective
* When polishing nails, use a blue-toned foundation coat to enhance the colour of the nail polish
* Always use a top coat to maintain the manicure

While it may be cost-effective to perform your own manicures, having them taken care of in a experienced beauty salon will surely deliver you the best results possible. It?s important that you do choose a beauty salon that has a good track record, knowing that they use quality products, for one. For another, you want to make sure that they run ethically, cleansing and sterilizing equipment after each and every use so that each and every item is sterile to use on the following customer. Do some research on the salon prior to accepting their services.

Marriage may make people happier

ScienceDaily (May 30, 2012) ? Married people may be happier in the long run than those who aren't married, according to new research by Michigan State University scientists.

Their study, online in the Journal of Research in Personality, finds that although matrimony does not make people happier than they were when they were single, it appears to protect against normal declines in happiness during adulthood.

"Our study suggests that people on average are happier than they would have been if they didn't get married," said Stevie C.Y. Yap, a researcher in MSU's Department of Psychology.

Yap, Ivana Anusic and Richard Lucas studied the data of thousands of participants in a long-running, national British survey. They set out to find whether personality helps people adapt to major life events including marriage.

The answer, essentially, was no: Personality traits such as conscientiousness or neuroticism do not help people deal with losing a job or having a baby.

"Past research has suggested that personality is important in how people react to important life events," Yap said. "But we found that there were no consistent effects of personality in how people react and adapt to these major events."

In general, similar-aged participants who did not get married showed a gradual decline in happiness as the years passed.

Those who were married, however, largely bucked this trend. It's not that marriage caused their satisfaction level to spike, Yap noted, but instead kept it, at least, stable.

The study is slated to run in the October issue of the peer-reviewed research journal.

RIM warns of operating loss, layoffs to come

The struggling Blackberry-maker on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 warned that it will have an operating loss in the current March-June quarter and said there will be significant layoffs this year. (AP Photo/Reinhold Matay, File)

(AP) ? Struggling BlackBerry-maker Research in Motion issued a dire warning about its business, saying Tuesday that it will post an operating loss for the second-straight quarter and will lay off a large number of employees this year.

RIM also said it has hired J.P. Morgan and RBC Capital Markets to help it evaluate strategies, including possibilities of partnering with other companies and licensing software, in addition to other alternatives.

Waterloo, Ontario-based RIM made no mention of a sale of the company. But new Chief Executive Thorsten Heins did not rule that out after RIM's last earnings report in late March.

"It's a disaster, it's bad," Jefferies analyst Peter Misek said. "The problem is you can't see a path to a sale until you stabilize the business."

If the bank advisers weren't originally brought in to consider a sale, they are likely weighing it now, Misek said.

The statement from RIM did not detail the coming layoffs, other than to say the company expects "significant spending reductions and headcount reductions in some areas throughout the remainder of the year."

Misek said he expects RIM to announce as many as 5,000 layoffs soon. The company has about 16,500 employees.

RIM's stock fell 7 percent, or 80 cents, to $10.43 in extended trading following the release of the company's statement. Before Tuesday's announcement, the stock had lost almost 75 percent in the last year.

The company that pioneered the smartphone market with its Blackberry phones is facing the most difficult period in its history. RIM's U.S. share of smartphones dropped from 44 percent in 2009 to 10 percent in 2011, according to market researcher NPD Group. The company still has 78 million active subscribers across the globe, but Apple Inc. and phone makers such as Samsung and HTC that use Google Inc.'s Android software are taking market share.

RIM is working on the launch of a new operating system, but that's happening just as North Americans are abandoning their BlackBerry's for flashier and more versatile smartphones like Apple's iPhone and Android phones.

"The on-going competitive environment is impacting our business in the form of lower volumes and highly competitive pricing dynamics in the marketplace, and we expect our (current quarter's) results to reflect this, and likely result in an operating loss for the quarter," Heins said in Tuesday's statement.

Heins, formerly a little known chief operating officer at RIM, took over in January after RIM founder Mike Lazaridis and longtime executive Jim Balsillie stepped down as co-CEOs after the company lost tens of billions in market value.

RIM said the company looks to save a $1 billion ? even as it transitions to its much-delayed "BlackBerry 10" software platform expected out later this year.

RIM reiterated that its financial performance will continue to be challenged for the next few quarters. Heins said BlackBerry sales continued to do well overseas but "churn" ? or subscriber turnover ? in the United States offset that. RIM will report its results for the March-through-June quarter on June 28.

Misek said he believes that had BlackBerry 10 been released last year, the company might have had a chance. But he said RIM is now likely to release the new BlackBerrys right when Apple is due to introduce a new iPhone.

Colin Gillis, an analyst with BGC Financial, called it a downward slide that's not going slow. He said he doesn't see any buyers for RIM coming forward soon.

Gillis said the advisers are likely presenting a number of options, including a sale, split up of the software and hardware business or a continued attempt to turn the company round. Gillis said RIM could license something like its popular BlackBerry messenger service.

"Unfortunately, it falls into the too little, too late category," Gillis said. "It doesn't mean somebody won't try it. It doesn't mean it's going to be a savior for the company either."

Gillis said he believes RIM is fighting against some of the best talent in the world in Google, Apple and Samsung in a fast-moving marketplace.

"They were the leader and this is what happens in the technology cycle of creation and destruction. They rode the first wave of the smartphone revolution and Apple is riding the next one," Gillis said.

BlackBerrys lag iPhones and Android phones when it comes to third-party applications, or "apps." The iPhone's popularity has continued to skyrocket as Apple has developed a vast ecosystem of apps. Now, RIM must persuade developers that it's worth their time and effort to make apps for the BlackBerry 10 platform.

RIM has tried to make phones with touchscreens that resemble the iPhone, but those offerings have largely flopped. And so has RIM's tablet, the PlayBook, which uses the very software that will be in the new BlackBerry 10 smartphones.

RIM is following the same trajectory as struggling Finnish handset maker Nokia and California-based Palm, both of which attracted consumers with trend-setting phones and technologies in their heyday, only to be outmaneuvered by competitors. In Canada, there is fear that the nation's biggest technology company could go the way of former Canadian tech giant Nortel, which declared bankruptcy in 2009 and was picked over for its patents.

"It is a very bad situation for Canada, primarily because this was the national champion," Misek said. "What this illustrates is you have to be globally competitive and you've got to remain globally competitive."

The hire would vault the Northern Irishman from relative obscurity to one of the toughest jobs in soccer, with his current club Swansea claiming a deal was expected to be finalized on Thursday.

Following talks with Liverpool's American owners - Fenway Sports Group, which owns the Boston Red Sox - Rodgers told Swansea on Wednesday he has been offered the job as Kenny Dalglish's replacement at Anfield and was ready to accept.

Dyson's Design Chief: Green Comes Naturally From Great - tighz

Green. It?s a catchall phrase that?s used and abused, making it nearly impossible for people to distinguish the inventive from the tokenistic. Because most people agree it?s a good thing, it?s molded to fit agendas and sell products. The fact is, it?s easier for companies to talk green than to innovate.

Now I?m not an environmentalist. But I am an engineer and know a little about designing machines. Engineers are very singular. They don?t necessarily start out to make something ?green? but rather to create something that works better. Often, to achieve that goal, they have to do more with less. Rather than green engineering, it?s about efficient engineering.

I am not an environmentalist. But I am an engineer.

It?s not a new concept. Engineering has always been about efficiency. Take a hero of mine: Isambard Kingdom Brunel. Brunel built 25 railway lines, over a hundred bridges, including five suspension bridges, eight pier and dock systems, three ships, and a prefabricated army field hospital. He was a genius and just 53 when he died. On one of his ships, the SS Great Britain, he perfected the screw propeller, making the ship faster than its paddled predecessor and the first iron-hulled vessel (and the largest) to cross the Atlantic. All this was engineered on paper. Even with all of our computer programs and modeling software, today?s propellers are only 5% more efficient.

Then there?s the original Mini. Launched in 1959 during the Suez oil crisis, it was an alternative to gas guzzlers. The designer Alec Issigonis rotated the engine, making the car smaller, lighter, and more economical. It was green before green existed. The United States felt a similar squeeze in 2008?and saw a very quick shift to more fuel-efficient cars. And as gasoline prices rise, it?s likely that electric-, hybrid-, or fuel-cell powered cars will become necessity rather than novelty. But getting the technology right won?t be easy. When it comes to engineering better, longer-lasting products, patience can be in short supply.

It took Boeing over eight years to bring its 787 Dreamliner to market. For the fuselage and wings, its engineers used advanced composite technologies, rather than the standard aluminum. Such materials had never been applied at this scale. The result was fewer parts and a lighter body, allowing the plane to fly farther, burning 20% less fuel?more with less. Yet, rather than being applauded for its engineering excellence, Boeing was chastised for delays resulting from a lengthy research-and-development process?the scapegoat for being first out of the gate.

There are often delays to great engineering projects. That?s because it?s hard to invent something that?s all-round better. And energy efficiency is the hardest nut to crack. It?s fraught with political debate and uncertainty, both environmental and economical. Efficiency?whether that?s material efficiency, energy efficiency, or performance efficiency?is essential to good engineering and genuine advances in sustainable design. You can?t sacrifice one for another. Energy efficiency must be balanced with performance; no one will buy an appliance that does half a job.

For example, to comply with demanding new American efficiency standards, some washing machine manufacturers reduced the quantity of hot water used per wash. In principle, it made perfect sense: less hot water means less energy used. The trouble was that it came at the expense of clean clothes.

If ?green? is what we want, legislation may be part of it. But it?s a doubled-edge sword.

So is it even possible to create big performance from a small input? We think so. But it?s not easy. Our engineers and scientists have spent 15 years developing our digital motor technology. It uses electronic pulses to drive the motor, rather than conventional carbon brushes, and spins incredibly fast?more than 80,000 times a minute, or four times faster than a racecar engine. This motor helps reduce energy use in our Airblade hand dryer, allowing the machine to create 70% less carbon emissions than paper towels and hot- air hand dryers. Less energy means less cost. But it has to work better and faster, too.

That?s where the difficulty comes in. This kind of investment is risky and takes time. We do it to make a better machine, something that works properly?no more wiping your damp hands on your trousers?and because we think it?s a manufacturer?s responsibility to engineer efficiently. The trouble is that it?s easy to sell something based on bigness: big-box stores, supersize drinks, and vast televisions. So that?s what a lot of manufacturers do. It?s harder to get the message across that how something really performs is what counts. It?s easier to say a car has a three-liter engine than it is to say a car has a one-liter engine with three-liter performance.

If ?green? is what we want, legislation may be part of it. But it?s a doubled-edge sword. It should encourage genuine advances in invention?machines that cut energy use without sacrificing performance. But this is not always the case. In the European Union, for example, legislation determined that new cars should use a higher proportion of recycled steel. A noble aim but the result was heavier cars that actually consumed more fuel driving up the carbon footprint.

While green-washing is nothing new, the scale is. As more companies wield green paintbrushes, it?s less likely a coat of paint will woo a potential customer. Instead, companies that lead the charge in creating better technologies, efficient motors, battery and capacitor technology, and more will have a competitive advantage. When it comes to green, people want to make the right choice, but amid a barrage of claims, causes, and issues, it?s almost impossible to distinguish the well meaning from the meaningless. Good marketing means that green can mean anything. But good engineering means efficient engineering. It?s not quick or easy, but it is the right thing to do, and it doesn?t just make sense in terms of sustainability but as a business strategy, too.

Affiliate Revenue ? Most Websites Don't Recognize This Much ...

It may seem like it is you against the world sometimes when it comes to dealing with affiliate marketing. With the vast amount of information available online, it can be nearly overwhelming at first. This article will provide much helpful information for you to get started on the right path.

Keep it fresh! Your social media account is a great place to post affiliate links to market other products and/or services. Just remember the articles you post on your website, should be fresh and vital! Include links to articles that would be of interest to your readers which are hosted on other websites, and engage your audience in conversation.

Try something new. If you find that your products are not converting, it?s ok to switch to a different product in the same genre or switch to a completely different genre. Affiliate marketing can be a trial and error business, so don?t be afraid to keep trying until you come across a product that works for you.

Place keywords in website content. By doing this, the search engines will recognize that your site is probably related to certain keywords and rank the site accordingly. But take care to do this naturally; abnormal keyword stuffing seems unnatural and unreadable to some. Just use the keywords in a conversational way.

Even if the main reason you have a website is to make money from affiliate marketing, having good content is crucial. Affiliate marketing should enrich a site, not overwhelm it. If the content is high quality, you will establish a loyal reader base that will trust the links you post.

To improve your affiliate marketing program, it can be a good idea to hold annual focus groups with some of your customers. These let you meet some of your customers and also get a sense of how they really feel about your products and services. They may even come up with useful ideas you would never have thought of.

You will need to know your target audience when putting affiliate marketing material on your site. Know why they are coming to your website and what it is that they are looking for there. If you don?t capture their interest quickly, they will leave the site without participating in anything.

Use your forum signatures to promote your affiliate link. Many forums do prohibit all types of commercial linking, but there are plenty that allow a small commercial link in your signature. If you continuously make useful, insightful posts, other members of the forum may choose to buy products from you.

Do your research to find the right keywords. There are many programs you can use to track what kind of keywords are popular, and what did the people who visited your website look for. Use the right keywords on your website, and make sure you repeat them often to attract more visits.

Try posting your affiliate promotions during business hours in the time zone which most of your websites audience lives in. For example, if your readers are mostly American, aim for between 12pm and 3pm EST as it will give you access to everyone in every time zone while they?re sitting at a computer.

When choosing an affiliate company to work with, choose a company that is easy to communicate with. When you have a company that makes communication difficult, you may have troubles that you will not be able to resolve. If you have an affiliate company that does not communicate well, consider looking for one that has good communication. Look for companies that clearly show their contact details and who welcome communication.

Aren?t you glad you took a few minutes to review some of the things you need to know about affiliate marketing? While some may just be a reminder, other tips may be just what you need to make it in this rough-and-tumble economy. Use the tips above in your endeavor to make affiliate marketing a success!

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - Ohio officials are preparing to impose new rules on owners of exotic animals without knowing exactly how many lions, leopards, bears and other creatures live in the state.

That's because until Ohio's governor signs the new regulations - expected soon - the state has among the nation's weakest restrictions on exotic pets.

The state Legislature cleared a bill last week to immediately ban people from buying new dangerous animals. Once in effect, owners would have 60 days to register their creatures with the state.

The state's veterinarian says Ohio is dealing with the unknown, and it'll take time to find out how many animals are out there.

Efforts to regulate dangerous wildlife took on new urgency in October, when a suicidal owner released dozens of exotic animals.

Phillip Phillips' Kidney Surgery Postponed Due to High Fever

Ailing American Idol winner Phillip Phillips will not have his long overdue kidney surgery today as scheduled, because he's burning up with a fever.

As if he weren't enduring enough turmoil, Phillips now has a bad sinus infection that has triggered a high fever. As a result, surgeons will not operate.

We're told the surgery has been rescheduled for early next week.

Phillip Phillips Photograph

Phillip has a serious congenital kidney condition that produces kidney stones so large he cannot pass them. This has all but debilitated his right kidney.

He's been through eight surgeries to date, and battled through almost the entire season of American Idol with a stent that was inserted two months ago.

This caused Phillip extreme, continuous pain ... almost as bad as what this young Jessica Sanchez fan went through a week ago Wednesday.

Get well soon P-squared.

Should I let my medical bills go to collections? - The Help Desk ...

Before and after my son's birth in 2010, I racked up medical bills I couldn't pay at the time. At first I was on a payment plan, but then I ran into some financial difficulties and I fell behind. I made partial payments but couldn't make full payments. Now I'm being asked to pay the amount I missed in full, or the balance will go to collections. Should I let the bill go to collections and see if I can get a more flexible payment plan?
-- Name withheld

Letting your medical bills go into collections is not your best move. Your credit might not even be affected by this debt now, but it will be if you let it go to collections. "Medical debt is rarely reported to the bureau until it is charged off and sold to a collection agency," says Gail Cunningham, a spokesperson for the National Foundation for Credit Counseling. "This means that even though you're currently delinquent with the provider, it has probably not been reported, so your credit isn't tarnished."

Once it goes to collections and dings your credit report, it will be there for seven years, making credit more difficult to obtain. Mortgages, car loans, additional credit cards ? you'd probably pay a higher rate on all of those if you apply for them after this. Having the debt on your credit report could also affect insurance rates and employment, since employers often check credit before hiring.

Your best bet is to keep trying to work out a better plan with the provider. Explain, in detail, why you can't pay what they want you to pay. If necessary, lay out your finances for them. Help them see that you absolutely do not have the extra money lying around, but that you could manage a different payment plan, and pay that on time. "The last thing you want to do is promise to pay an amount that you can't responsibly make long-term," Cunningham says.

Witness says naked attacker was chewing man's face

(AP) ? A witness says a naked man chewing on the face of another naked man on a downtown highway ramp kept eating and growled at a police officer who tried to make him stop.

Larry Vega told WSVN-TV in Miami (http://bit.ly/L6kwWt) that he was riding his bicycle Saturday afternoon off the MacArthur Causeway into downtown Miami when he saw the savage attack on the bridge's off-ramp. The causeway connects downtown Miami with Miami Beach.

"The guy was, like, tearing him to pieces with his mouth, so I told him, 'Get off!'" Vega said. "The guy just kept eating the other guy away, like, ripping his skin."

Vega flagged down a Miami police officer, who he said repeatedly ordered the attacker to get off the victim. The attacker just picked his head up and growled at the officer, Vega said.

As the attack continued, Vega said the officer shot the attacker, who continued chewing the victim's face. The officer fired again, killing the attacker.

Miami police have released few details about the attack, other than confirming that there had been a fatal officer-involved shooting.

Detective William Moreno said Sunday that neither man's identity had been determined. Messages left Monday for a police spokesman were not immediately returned.

The victim was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital. A spokeswoman said Monday that the hospital would not be releasing any information about him.

A surveillance video camera from The Miami Herald building nearby captured images of the men's naked legs lying side by side after the shooting.

Vega said the victim appeared gravely injured.

"It was just a blob of blood," Vega said. "You couldn't really see, it was just blood all over the place."

Canadians split over NDP leader Thomas Mulcair?s opinion of Alberta?s oil sands: poll

OTTAWA ? A new poll suggests Canadians are roughly split over NDP Leader Tom Mulcair?s contention that the Alberta oil sands have given the country a case of Dutch Disease as he prepares to visit the province next week.

Mulcair has suggested the Alberta oil exports raise the value of the Canadian dollar, which in turn hurts the economy in other parts of the country.

The phenomenon is dubbed the ?Dutch Disease? in reference to the manufacturing decline that occurred in the Netherlands after a boom in natural gas exports in the 1970s.

The Canadian Press Harris-Decima survey suggests slightly more Canadians disagree than agree with Mulcair ? 45 per cent compared to 41 per cent ? although opinions varied across the country.

The telephone survey of just over 1,000 people was carried out between May 17 and 20 and has a margin of error of 3.1 per cent, 19 times out of 20.

Most people polled in oil-rich Alberta and the rest of the Prairies disagreed with the NDP leader, while those in Quebec and British Columbia were most likely to agree with him.

The poll indicates most people don?t share Mulcair?s sentiments in Ontario, the country?s manufacturing heartland, where the economy has been hard hit from the restructuring of the North American auto sector and other blue-collar industries.

But a study by the Canadian Energy Research Institute says Ontario enjoys the lion?s share of oil sands benefits outside Alberta. The Calgary-based think-tank has suggested the oil sands will create billions of dollars in economic spinoffs in Ontario and tens of thousands of jobs over the next quarter century.

Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty and his Alberta counterpart Alison Redford got into a spat earlier this year over the same issue. When McGuinty said a strong oil sands industry means a high loonie that hurts the manufacturing and export sectors, Redford accused him of being too simplistic.

But Mulcair has insisted that statistics on manufacturing job losses are ?irrefutable?? and that ?everyone? agrees more than half of those losses are the direct result of the artificially high Canadian dollar created by booming energy exports, particularly from Alberta?s oil sands.

The federal Conservatives quickly pounced on Mulcair for suggesting the Alberta oil sands have given Canada a case of Dutch Disease. Cabinet ministers have accused the NDP leader of pitting region against region and insulting hard-working workers in the resource sector.

Mulcair?s views have also angered Redford and Saskatchewan Premier Brad Wall. Redford has said she won?t meet with Mulcair until he visits the Fort McMurray region to educate himself about the oil sands.

The NDP leader?s office has confirmed Mulcair will visit the region May 30 and 31.

The poll suggests less than half of Canadians had heard about Mulcair?s comments. People from parts of the country most involved in the oil sands told pollsters they were most aware of what he said.

?Our survey suggests that those who have the most to lose if oil sands development were to be slowed as a means to assist other economic sectors are the ones paying the most attention to the ?Dutch Disease? debate,? said Doug Anderson, senior vice-president of Harris-Decima.

?On top of that, no region seems particularly convinced that oil sands development has been hurting exports of other sectors of Canada?s economy.?

There were few surprises along party lines.

The survey suggests 70 per cent of self-identified Conservative supporters polled either disagree or strongly disagree with Mulcair.

However, most Green party supporters also disagree with him ? with 56 per cent offside.

Liberal supporters were roughly split, with 48 per cent agreeing with Mulcair and 44 per cent disagreeing.

The poll indicates 55 per cent of New Democrat supporters share Mulcair?s view.

But the NDP leader?s assessment was most popular with Bloc Quebecois supporters. The survey suggests 64 per cent of Bloc supporters back his musings.
